New Delhi: New rules will be issued by the government Regional Transport Office (RTO). In this, new rules will be implemented from June 1, 2024. Heavy fines will have to be paid for everything from speeding to driving at a young age. According to the rules, if someone drives a vehicle at high speed, then he will have to pay a fine of Rs 1000 to Rs 2000.
25,000 rupees fine for driving by a minor
According to media reports, driving license has become very important while driving a vehicle. A hefty fine will be imposed on a minor driving a vehicle. If people below the age of 18 are found driving a vehicle, they will have to pay a fine of up to Rs 25,000. Apart from this, the driving license of the vehicle owner can also be cancelled.
Who will be fined how much
A person driving at high speed may have to pay a fine of Rs 1000 to Rs 2000. A fine of Rs 500 will have to be paid for driving without a license. A fine of Rs 100 will have to be paid for not wearing a helmet. A fine of Rs 100 will have to be paid for not wearing a seat belt.
