New Delhi: Voting has begun for 58 seats in eight states and union territories in the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections. The fate of a total of 889 candidates will be decided in this phase.

In this phase, the fate of many stalwarts including Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, former Union Minister Maneka Gandhi, former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Jagdambika Pal, BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra, Bhojpuri artist and MP Manoj Tiwari, Bhojpuri singer and BJP candidate Nirahua, former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti, former Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal, Union Minister Krishanpal Singh Gurjar, Union Minister Rao Indrajit Singh, Raj Babbar, Dharmendra Yadav, Kanhaiya Kumar, Deepender Hooda will be sealed in the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM).

Let us tell you that all 7 seats of Delhi are also included in these. Apart from this, voting is also going on in 14 seats of Uttar Pradesh, 10 seats of Haryana, 8 seats each of Bihar and West Bengal. In the sixth phase, people are exercising their franchise in 6 seats of Odisha, 4 seats of Jharkhand and 1 seat of Jammu and Kashmir. In this phase, a total of 11.13 crore voters will decide the fate of 889 candidates.

Every vote matters and your vote is equally important! Democracy flourishes and looks vibrant only when the public participates enthusiastically in the election process. Along with mothers, sisters and daughters, I especially request the young voters to definitely exercise their right to vote.
