Actor Singh (51) was to take a flight from here to Mumbai on the evening of April 22, but he did not reach his destination. His father, who lives in Palam, informed the local police when he could not contact him on phone. A case was registered at Palam police station on April 26 under section 365 of the Indian Penal Code (kidnapping with intent to take out of India or secretly confine) a police official said.
