Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai made two important announcements in the interest of the hardworking labourers of the state on the auspicious occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti today. Chief Minister Sai announced to open Annapurna Dal-Bhat Centres in all the districts of the state so that labourers can get a full meal for Rs. 5. Along with this, he also announced to start Utkrisht Shiksha Yojana under the scheme of Chhattisgarh Bhawan and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Under this scheme, children of registered construction labourers will be provided free education facility in the best private residential schools. The Chief Minister made these announcements in the state level labour conference organized at Indira Gandhi Agricultural University.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai launched the Labour Department’s website ‘Shramev Jayate’ by pressing a button at the state level labour conference. Along with improving the design of this website, a dashboard has also been created. It will be bilingual so that content will be available in both Hindi and English. This new website will also be mobile friendly.

The e-ticketing system in the website has made the grievance redressal system of workers easy using information technology. The complaint received in this will also be resolved within seven days, if this is not done, the matter will go to the higher authorities online. The helpline number 0771 3505050 was also shared with the workers present in the conference.
