Mumbai. Actor Amitabh Bachchan will be seen playing a small role in the upcoming Gujarati film “Fakt Purush Mate”. The makers gave this information. Bachchan had earlier appeared in the first film of this series “Fakt Mahilayo Mate” (2022), in which he played the role of a narrator. According to the press release, the 81-year-old actor will play the role of God in ‘Fakt Purush Mate’. Produced by Anand Pandit and Vaishal Shah, the film is written and directed by Jai Bodas and Parth Trivedi. The film stars Yash Soni, Mitra Gadhvi, Isha Kansara and Darshan Jariwala in lead roles. Pandit said that everyone present on the set was surprised by Bachchan’s personality and professional attitude.
He said in a statement, “We shot with Mr Bachchan on June 6 and everyone on the set was amazed by his energy, dedication, professional attitude and his wonderful presence.” He added, “He (Amitabh) was also a very special part of ‘Fakt Mahilayo Maate’ and to be honest, it is difficult for me to imagine any project without him. Anyone who has worked with him once wants to work with him again and again.” The film is expected to release around Janmashtami.
