Raveena Tandon and her driver beaten up by mob in Mumbai

Mumbai. Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon and her driver were allegedly attacked by a mob in Mumbai. Police gave this information on Sunday. Police said that Raveena Tandon’s driver has been accused of negligent driving. A group of locals have accused Raveena and her driver of assaulting three women in a viral video. Police said that the incident took place on Carter Road in Bandra on Saturday night. The officer said that no FIR has been registered in this case.

The officer said that no statement has come from Raveena about the incident yet. According to the officer, her driver allegedly hit three people with the vehicle, after which the crowd got angry and a clash broke out. He said that when Raveena got out of her car to talk to the crowd, she was allegedly pushed and beaten up. In the video viral on social media, Raveena can be heard saying, ‘Please don’t hit me’.

In the video, a man is heard saying that Raveena’s driver hit her mother and when he (the driver) was asked about it, he started beating (the woman). A man accused the actress of being drunk and said that when she got out of the car, he started beating the woman. An official of Khar police station said that after the incident, the mob beat up Raveena and her driver in the premises of a building on Carter Road.
