Paris. World Championship gold medallist Deepti Jeevanji of India won the bronze medal in the women’s 400m T20 athletics event at the Paris Paralympics here on Tuesday with a timing of 55.82 seconds. Deepti, who turns 21 this month, finished third behind Ukraine’s Yulia Shulyar (55.16 seconds) and world record holder Turkey’s Aysel Onder (55.23 seconds). The T20 category is for intellectually challenged players.
