Mumbai. Popular TV actress Hina Khan, who is suffering from breast cancer, has expressed her support for people battling the disease and said that she hopes that her journey of fighting against cancer will inspire people to fight this deadly disease. Hina Khan (36), who came into the limelight with the TV serial ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, revealed in a post on Instagram last week that she is suffering from third stage breast cancer.
Hina shared a post on Instagram on Sunday night in which she expressed her condolences to all those battling cancer.
Hina wrote in a post on Instagram, “A glimpse of my journey.. This is for all the courageous women and men who are fighting this tough battle… I want my journey to be so courageous and inspiring that people can open a new page in their stories. And remember that even though we are scared, we should not be afraid.” Khan, who hails from Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir, has also appeared in reality shows like ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 8’.
